Itinerary
Day 1
Meet & Greet at the International airport Tehran with your tour guide, transfer to the hotel; depends on the flight time, we may start off exploring the city (half day). Overnight in Tehran.
Day 2
At early morning, after a full breakfast; fly to Tabriz (approx.1 hour) to explore the beautiful city in Northwest of Iran. We pick you up from Tabriz airport to your hotel. Depends on the time, we have a visit to the city center. Overnight in Tabriz.
Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel. Grand Bazaar Tabriz is worth a visit as a roofed bazaar. The Constitution House of Tabriz is near there. Exploring the museums such as Qajar, Azerbaijan, Iron age, Shahriar. Overnight in Tabriz.
Day 4
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Kandovan volcanic village (55Km). Exploring the village. Not only is the area famous for its scenic beauty and the healing power of its spring waters, but Kandovan is also home to a remarkable modern age troglodyte (cave dweller) community. It is known all around the world for its unique rock-carved houses dating back more than 700 years. Overnight in Kandovan.
Day 5
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Meshkin Shahr from Kandovan (228Km). Walking along suspension bridge and enjoy the landscape, also the hot spring is famous in this area. There are different available activities in different seasons. Drive to Sabalan mountain area (17Km) to enjoy Eco-camp Molk Soei where is a must, you will be stayed in bungalows and get to know the culture and nomadic lifestyle. or it is possible to Continue driving to Sarein from Meshkinshahr (128 Km). Overnight in Sarein.
Day 6
Drive from Meshkin Shahr to Astara to break the route (175 Km), Heyran pass faces the forest-covered mountains on the one side and a valley on the other side where the Aghchai River flows and forms the border between Gilan Province and the Republic of Azerbaijan. This pass is covered by fog most of the time, The main reason for this permanent fog cover is the moisture drifting from the Caspian Sea. We promise you will be enjoyed the nature and stay the night in Astara. We will be served the lunch at a local restaurant. Overnight in Astara.
Day 7
Drive from Astara to Masouleh village (185 Km) through the mountain and coastal road of Caspian sea. Masuleh is located about a one and a half hour drive away from the city of Rasht, the Full day excursion to Masouleh. Though Masuleh is one of Iran's most valued architectural treasures it is also one of its humblest. Here it is not the sweeping vision of a master architect or the glory of a great king that tourists flock to appreciate, but the simplicity of a traditional village in a spectacular location untouched by the modern age. Overnight in Masouleh or Fuman.
Today we will be in Ghalerodkhan castle (Rudkhan Castle is a brick and stone medieval fortress in Iran that was built by the Gilaks to defend against the Arab invaders during the Arab/Islamic invasion of Sassanian Iran), we drive to Tehran (360 Km), arrive at hotel in the night, rest in peace in the hotel. We will be served the lunch at a local restaurant. Overnight in Tehran.
Depends on the departure flight, Half day sightseeing tour of Tehran could be fantastic for the last day of the tour. Overnight in Tehran or Departure Tehran at early morning.
